Guidelines for NCAA Signing Days 2025-2026

To celebrate our student-athletes who will be continuing their athletic careers in college, Manasquan High School has established guidelines for signing days. We have aligned our dates with the official NCAA signing periods. A written offer of athletics aid is a binding agreement between the student-athlete and a Division I or Division II academic institution, which has offered the student-athlete financial aid. We also have a spring signing day for Division III student-athletes. Please ensure you have informed your guidance counselor before completing this form.

 

The athletics office will share signing day photographs and information with the local media.

Student-athletes planning to continue their athletic careers in college should let the athletics office know as soon as the written offer of athletics aid has been made available or the student has been admitted to the academic institution.

 

2025-2026 SY the following dates are in effect:

Location: MHS Athletic Directors Office Hallway

Time: Appointment Time for photos will begin at 8 am, sent from the Athletic Office a week prior to the date.

 

Fall Signing Day: November 12, 2025

All student-athletes who have a written offer of athletics aid will be recognized during this signing session. Based on the NCAA’s recommendation, student-athletes with a commitment to a Division I or Division II institution that does not offer athletic aid (Ivy League Schools and Service Academies, for example) will be invited to participate. This signing day will be for all sports except football.

 

Winter Signing Day: February 4, 2026

All football student-athletes who have a written offer of athletics aid will be recognized during this signing session and all other Division I and Division II athletes that commit to schools after the November signing date. Based on the NCAA’s recommendation, student-athletes with a commitment to a Division I or Division II institution that does not offer athletic aid (Ivy League Schools and Service Academies, for example) will be invited to participate.

 

Spring Signing Day: April 15, 2026

All student-athletes who will be continuing their athletic careers at a Division III school will be recognized during this session. Student athletes may bring the NCAA Division III Student-Athlete Celebratory Signing Form. Division I or Division II student-athletes who commit after the fall and winter signing dates will also be invited to participate.
